FILMING BRAINLAND

Act 1 Scene 7 and the danced prelude to Act 2 of our opera Brainland was rehearsed at Morley College and filmed at the Old Operating Theatre Museum, London on 23-24th October 2023. The film was premiered at the Toronto Experimental Dance and Music Film Festival in July 2024 and won the award for best story.

THE BRAINLAND PODCAST 

The podcast mingled neuroscience with the arts and humanities. The first episode was recorded in April 2023 and thirty episodes have been recorded by July 2024 featuring guests from a wide range of disciplines.

BRAINLAND THE OPERA

A collaboration with Stephen Brown, Andrew Platman and Heather Angus Leppan, first full draft completed and website created December 2020. An exhibition of designs, models and dioramas was to take place from November 2020 – January 2021 at the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square in London but has been deferred due to Covid-19.
