Ken Barrett:

My work  blends traditional forms (2D, 3D, video, animation, performance, writing) with opportunities for dialogue and collaboration. Much of it takes the form of storytelling within projects that often perforate boundaries (religious and the secular, ‘high’ and ‘low’ culture, art and science, memory and nostalgia etc.).  I moved to the arts full-time in 2008 following a career in mental health and neuroscience, a background that influences my creative work.
